Roby Receptionist integrates seamlessly with your Microsoft Teams account to automate the visitor sign-in process. As soon as your guest arrives, they can notify you with Roby and you can respond just as easily.
Roby makes visitor management easy! Meeting hosts receive a Team direct message from the Roby app every time a visitor signs-in from the check-in screen. Hosts can respond with access instructions or anything else they like and their messages will appear on the check-in screen.
