1. Spanish Convo! Deluxe is an annual fee subscription that gives access to premium features within the iOS, iPadOS, macOS, iMessage, watchOS and tvOS Spanish Convo! Apps.
2. You can purchase a Spanish Convo! Deluxe subscription within the Spanish Convo! Apps or from the Apple App Store at the rate secured at the time of purchase.
3. By purchasing a Spanish Convo! Deluxe subscription, a payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
4. Spanish Convo! Deluxe subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
5. The iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the effective rate in effect at the time of renewal.
6. Spanish Convo! Deluxe subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
7. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a Spanish Convo! Deluxe subscription to that publication, where applicable.
