クーリングオフ、地区整備計画について、修正しました。
お知らせいただきありがとうございます。
クーリングオフは、書面で行う必要があり、クーリングオフの効力は、書面を発した時、郵便を出した時にその効力が発生する。宅建業者の事務所やモデルルーム、展示会や買主の希望による自宅か勤務先での契約はクーリングオフができない。クーリングオフの【説明された日から８日】を経過した時と、物件の引渡しと代金の支払いが完了した場合も、クーリングオフができない。クーリングオフが行われると、申込金や手付金などの金銭は買主に返還する必要がある。
【地区整備計画】が定められている地区計画の区域内において、建築物の建築を行おうとする者は、【市町村長】に届け出なければならない。
