SANDI is the name given to the self- developed mobile live chat interface for agents as the mobile version of VeServe LiveChat. With this app, users of VeServe LiveChat will be able to respond to incoming message sessions with increased mobility and convenience.

Like its web counterpart, SANDI allows users to response to incoming sessions from various channels, from social networking platforms like WeChat and WhatsApp to native platforms such as web and app. This provides agents with a unified way to respond with the use of one single interface.
