Team18 is your one-stop shop for all information you need to work at 18 Week Support as well as a place for you to engage with your fellow 18WS co-workers.

You can find an abundance of resources, including your welcome pack, shift paperwork, policies and links to our booking and expenses apps.

There are also groups where you can communicate with your teammates in relation to your specialty (ies). These groups are also where we will post important information regarding available shifts, company news and covid updates.

Everyone will automatically be members of the following groups:
Introduce Yourself - a place to say hello when first joining the app
18 Week Support News - company-wide communications
Clinical Team - informative information shared by our Senior Clinical Team
Q&A's - somewhere to pose any questions you may have in regards to 18 Week Support

Once you sign up the app administrators will assign you to additional groups relevant to your role and specialty. Everything posted in your allocated groups will be visible via your personalised Activity Feed.

We have a safe space to provide feedback on the app as well as general feedback.
