府城臺南素有鳳凰城美稱，而在鳳凰左翼的鷲嶺周圍，在1916那年出現一棟後來被喚作臺南州廳的官廳建築。這棟由日本建築家森山松之助設計的建物，就坐落在舊名「牛屎埕」的圓環前，現名「國立臺灣文學館」。
當你下載「親愛的州廳1916」，你可以利用「百年記憶地圖」，漫遊在臺文館的各個角落，尋找一磚一瓦背後豐厚且細膩的歷史與人文故事；當你進入「文學青年散策」，文學青年「利文學」將一步一步引領你，經由擴增實境（AR）讓你穿越手機或平板螢幕，進入古老時空，體會臺文館一路走過的榮景與風霜；你可以透過一邊遊玩「磚瓦間的藍天」AR遊戲，一邊更深刻地了解臺文館創立初始的艱難，直至現在的堅忍不拔。
