What could be the cause
Not satisfying!
For this entire year, this app has been giving a lot of problems with logging in. At first, it was a great app but this year it’s been terrible. Sometimes you don’t get to log in at all after inputting your password up to 8 times. You input your password sometimes as many as 10 times before it finally opens. Otherwise, it loads and takes you back to the home page where your password was requested for instead of taking you forward into the actual app. The app is meant to be handy so you do not have to go to the bank/ atm to check in with activities related to your account and not being able to log in at convenience defeats the entire purpose.
App crashes and closes
Everytime I open the app it keeps crashing and closing off repeatedly, cannot access the app. I Wonder what could be the problem and the fix.
