Description

The Symoda mobile application is a gateway to your organization's IT services. It allows you to quickly contact your IT provider in a way that works best for you: By telephone, by email, by text message or by creating a support ticket directly with your IT provider when allowed. For IT providers offering deeper insight, the application also allows you to see the progress of your support tickets as they are being serviced rather than leaving you in the dark wondering if your technical issues will ever be addressed.
