It is getting better, but it is a bad idea to remove the function that let you enter the destination. It should be keep and an option, because 1) sometimes it is easier to write down the address so that the driver can see the exact location it in his GPS map, rather than trying to tell to the driver in words, which can be sometimes confusing, especially when you don’t speak the local language. 2) It’s better to let the driver knows how far or close the destination is, before he/she accept or pick up the order, many times the Macau taxi drivers are upset and saying bad things to the customers when they found out that the trip is too short, or when it end up in places they don’t like to go. Now, I know they are not suppose to refused any order, but that is just idealism. In the real world, I think it is better that both parties agree to the trip before the pickup. So, PLEASE add the option to add the destination address !!
