Always dl coupons first gplus has good stuff
JD doesn’t deliver their promise
If you can’t delivery, don’t let ppl pick the delivery time and wait for it.
Placed an order and the shop doesn’t even have some of the items. Then my order stuck at “seller is preparing your items” Contacted customer service, told me to wait and they will take care of it. Another 2 hours gone, everything remained the same.
Waste of time! Delete this app right away
Poor customer service
The shops don’t update the products lists . You buy goods but the shops don’t have it. Later on some shops don’t wanna do refund . Loosing money is common issue . Some shops like Walmart are crazy u make an order and the shop doesn’t confirm it doesn’t deliver it doesn’t contact you . You are waiting for goods but nothing is coming your way.
Something must be done in this app to make it better !
