It could have been great

The game is actually addictive and fun but there are some problems that just spoils the whole experience :
- cheating in the game and multi account users spoil the experience and the developers don’t seem to be interested in solving the problem. Temporary bans do nothing against the long term benefits for those who choose to cheat.
- VIP is false advertising, once you spend a certain amount you are made a VIP one of the benefits is to be able direct message someone who will prioritise your questions, complaints and queries. In the last 2-3 months or so no one has responds to any questions at all.
The Good: Fun and Beautiful
The Bad: Developer Support is Bad, False VIP support, No policing of Cheats, lots of dead servers
The Ugly: Developer is more and more focus on getting more Micro Transactions and Opening Anew Servers than improving game and the game environment
Many people are quitting the game.
