You have to register to use the app

I paid for the printer and register for warranty. I should be able to use my printer from my mobile devices in the intranet, the same as what i do in my pc. What is the necessity of register an HP account to use my printer internally? The app will be remove right away after i submit this comment. Thank you HP.

You are leaving a review on a third-party application that is not developed by HP. Also, please make sure that your Printer is supported, you can find the whole Apple list here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311 There are all printers that support AirPrint technology. If you did not find your printer there so please try to dig deeper into your printer's manufacturer manual.

Useless frustrating doesn’t work

Still won’t work after an hour of trying useless app useless printer really annoying and tries to force me to sign up for some stupid ink program that I don’t want. All I want to do is print a few pages why does it have to be so difficult?

Hello, we are sorry for your bad experience with our app. Our apps have one predefined default paper size but you can print it out on different paper sizes if your printer does support printing on such a desired paper size.
