I’m not gonna lie. I’ve been using this app for like a half year now and I already sold three apartments in the first 4 months. This app, they have an awesome customer service. They analyze and tell you what’s going on with your apartments like they’ll even call you or like send you messages to let you know that the apartments you posted are not up-to-date. That’s the greatest service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this app to the people who want to sell their own apartments or help people sell their apartments.

My company/myself has been using Spacious for about 10 years, from the time when it was a small company till now being a quite big company...I regard myself as a loyal agency user. However, it seems no one cares about my loyalty at Spacious. It was good overall, and generated a good amount of leads for us....but spacious increased the subscription fee every year, even at covid time when the market was bad, Spacious still increased its fee without listening to what we say, just care bout money money money.... So now we are paying for high fee but the response is getting worse & worse. For same amount of ad money we paid, spacious's result seems got way worse than 28hse. We see 28hse putting a lot of money & effort on advertising, but spacious doesn't seem like do much things about getting our money. What's worse is her Sales has already informed me & my friends that they decided to increase the fee for Feature listing by A LOT in 2024! OH MY GOD! So i m not sure if i wanna keep spacious next yr.
