Surprisingly good

As a Genshin player at first I was complaining on how i liKe tHe GaMEplAy iN gEnShIN mOrE but to be honest the honkai star rail lore is soooo much more consumable and the humor is immaculate. Overall having so much fun in this game! Initially I was going to give HSR a 5 star rating but the character designs for the five stars aren’t doing it for me. When I first played the game I immediately thought Silver Wolf was a 4 star but no apparently she’s a 5 star. HSR really needs to step up their character designs and he’s although Silver Wolf makes up for her rrly cool gameplay but s t i l l. HSR is definitely better and more addictive than Genshin, good job mihoyo.

Review and Tips for beginners

I personally like star rail more than genshin because of the turn-based battles, which allow a very slow player like me win more easily.
The art is also amazing and animations are top-tier.

Here are some tips that I hope will help you if you don’t have a team that really fits you. Seele’s skill set guarantees basically unlimited turns, so I would suggest pulling for her. Gepard’s shields are op when he’s built correctly, you could probably go online to find a tutorial. Bailu can resurrect dead characters sometimes and her healing has splash effect on nearby characters, which makes her an awesome healer. If your playing style is very risky, it might be good to have her just in case. Also, warning for Clara. She (or essentially Svarog) basically just relies on backlash attacks on the enemy when attacked, and she especially attracts attacks, so it might not be your cup of tea. However, March 7th matches with her really well because she attacks enemies who hit a shielded character. I would recommend making a shield first thing (with March 7th’s skill or whatever you want) so that you maximise usage of Clara’s abilities.

P.S. I have found that yt tutorials usually get the best results when it comes to building characters.

About the equilibrium level

Is it possible to be able to lower the equilibrium level just like in Genshin? I find it really frustrating when I complete the Trailblaze Mission to increase my equilibrium level just to find out that I regret it a lot. Now I’m not sure if I’m able to farm materials from enemies to level up my character so I can survive in this world level because of how high the enemies level is. Please consider this review! I have absolutely no hatred towards this game but I’m really not sure if I can fight the enemies without a lot of trouble and frustration now. Please consider giving us an option to lower or increase the equilibrium level! Thank you
