This app includes an optional auto-renewable subscription (Premium Pass): Premium Pass beings with a free trial period, then an auto-renewable monthly subscription when trial ends. this is a scam

i saw the app saying the lifepass can let me process files within 20gb size, and i did. i have successfully converted a 5.1gb file right after paying for it. but the second time i try, i fail to use the service.
and i contacted the customer service and they said the app cannot process more than 2gb.
it is not true as i have already process a 5.1gb file, and the advertisement said so. it is a misleading act and bascially a scam
i have images showing the reply email of the app provider and the scam advertisment, i can submit it if you allow me to
