Disappointed service

I understand 11/11 got many orders, but 1. The package delivered one on Monday after my office closed already, another package was missing. Promised to deliver again yesterday, but end up didn’t show up! Keep asking WhatsApp the customer service but no response. 2. Another package arrived the warehouse before noon yesterday but they didn’t update, so I can’t combine them together n file the deliver order to HK! End up they update at mid night! 3. Better check the package size if they count u by size....
