Can’t buy stuff
Hey man, I tried to buy the monthly pack, but it said “cannot connect to iTunes Store”. Can you help me fix it? I want to catch up to my brother’s progress haha.

Cheating merchant
They have been cheating every year. They will put up unbelievable deals to attract those people who never buy the in app purchases or non buyers. After 30mins to an hour, they will remove the deal and give small compensation. Guess how much they made from those 30mins? And if you complain to their customer services, they will only reply like a bot and reject to your request for refund. Obviously it’s a scam. How can you change the in game purchase without an update? And 30 mins later it resumed to the actual price. That’s pure programming by them. Smart move to cheat money. I will report you guys to the highest authority. No need to reply, this is for everyone to see and those innocent people who got cheated by you.

IPad Pro not work & many bugs
After 2 days of upgrade still cannot fix iPad Pro login issue, just stuck at login page and cannot tap anything. Tried restart and reinstall App also same.
Switch account also very difficult. When logout Qookka account and login again, it automatically use your last account to login, no way to let you switch to other account.
New PVP mode require real time manual operation to trigger skills, but it really very very very lag which make the game mode unfair (I am in a excellent Wi-Fi environment with 500Mbps DL and 400Mbps UL speed)
