Best Redemption Experience

I’m so impressed with the frictionless experience and true redemption availability option in Singapore Airlines!!! Esp. During the pandemic, you made your customer feels safe to be flying with you, not just in the physical mode but to know that the true value is the end to end experience. Congratulations!

Zero to none support feature, poor service

This is unacceptable, SIngapore Air suddenly email me about rescheduling my flight , without giving me any reason. And forcing me to accept another flight without giving other options. To make the matter worst. i cannot DIY solving the issue online on my own, there is absolutely nothing you can do within the app, being forced to wait for CS hot line, i have been waiting for 3 hours, no one is picking up. This is by far the most horrible airline booking experience in my 20 years history of taking flight. No reason to DL the app , why not just use website or any other other airline ?

Comment on official website’s problem

I was unable to book numbers of passengers in different classes on the same routing, even I was one of the travel party. This is something should need to be improved on the website.
