Bad connection and bad control
1. Always lost connection
2. You can use IOS short cut to control pause/play, it’s very ignoring. When people talk to u, u have to call up the apps and pause. It very very not useful 😰
3. Similar to point no 2, I can even use Apple Watch to pause/play. I’ve to take out the phone and go to the apps to pause/play..... 😰
Absolute garbage
Connection is constantly dropping and lost forcing users to enter the app to reconnect again, hence, watching the advertisements again, and again, and again, and again....why not just allow users to have a “paid subscription” option, more willing to pay than lose connection and forced to rewatching the ads again and again...
Ad won’t close on iphone 13mini
Recent octopus advertisement cannot be close on iPhone 13mini, even after video finished playing. Thus cannot listen to the app.
