The technique supports is bad

The game is great but their technical support is bad. There are some problems while I I exchanged items,it already at least happened twice as far as I remember.I am not an data expert, and it happened so quick ,there is no chance I could do a screen capture,I report the problem, they keep saying I sell it immediately after exchanged, while I didn’t intentionally press any sell item button, and I don’t remember or notice if there is a sell button at all. If u also is this game player u would know there is no point to exchange ur item in bubble with 8 gems, and sell it for or 6 gold coins while I already have 1700k + coins. It doesn’t make any sense. I told them at least they should send me back the gem I spent and deduct those 6 coins. They didn’t do…..

其實要玩多久才會有幫助這對母女的劇情

基本上都ok好玩，不課金也可以等待，時間到便可以前往下個關卡，但沒看到要幫助母女的劇情，可能我還沒走出小鎮吧⋯

Not the mother and child game

Your every single ads said that it’s the game about the mother and child in the freezing house. But it’s not! It’s just another usual merge game. I downloaded it twice and there’s no such thing at all! It’s all lies!!And please, don’t let your robot answer my comments as you are not sorry about telling lies at all!
