Very good game

Its very beautifully designed . I played similar games a few years ago but those were too easy for me. This one is more challenging but I still manage to get through most levels without purchasing anything. I usually dont spend money on games but last week i spent it on this game to appreciate the great work! Its all worth it .

One day, 800 diamond disappear suddenly. I reported it to the game's support team. They replied me that I had spent 800 diamond to buy a pet's card to upgrade a pet witin 7 sec time. Firstly, I had never and ever spend any diamond purchase any pet''s card, secondly, I didn't know how to purchase a pet's card, thirdly, is it really possible to spend 800 diamond to purchase a pet's card within 7 sec? how many times I have to click the 'buy' button?
I am very disappointed and unhappy of the game's support team reply, they insists not return the diamond or restore my game status, and they said it was my own 一天，800

Overall it’s nice but...

The game itself and the all the details are interesting and well-made, it has a lot to explore at the beginning.
However, I’m annoyed by the fact that it require us to buy lots of tools and equipments to nail the levels. I personally think that almost half of the levels in the cake shop are insanely difficult for me without any extra purchases. Also, it exhausts me with various kinds of money (coins, gems, banknotes and snowflakes) in this game, it may be fun at first but then it’s hard to earn those money without spending actual money.
If the difficulty of the levels can be easier and less money consuming, this could be a great game to me.
