Readings cannot sync to the acc

Been a Towngas user for a year, the app’s reading did not link to the Towngas acc and when we received the most recent bill, they charged me 10 times the regular charges, saying I didn’t report the readings for half a year hence they did a recalculation.
The readings are all stored in the app and CS says they cannot see any of the readings reported. This app is simply trash and will cause an outrageous gas bill. Will give zero stars if possible.

Rubbish, cannot read its own bill’s barcode

......n no other way to input account number.

It has to scan but it cannot read its own bill’s barcode! Stupid!

I wanna give zero star but apple’s minimum charge is 1 star
