Hey, I know it’s been a few months since you may have a review like this. But the ads from the free version are still here and they’re still being quite disruptive.
Some people who are in a hurry need to translate things quickly and may find the ads annoying, is there any way we can fix this? Thank you

If you’d prefer an ad-free experience, our premium subscription removes ads and unlocks extra features, including advanced AI tools. You can try it free for a few days to see if it works better for your needs.

I downloaded this because of the photo feature, but the app won’t let you use it without paying a subscription fee. So why shouldn’t I just use google translate, which is free, or the app that came with my phone? Exactly what is this app offering that I couldn’t get elsewhere without having to pay for it, and without having to see ads most times I push a button? What a scam
There are still some mistakes in translating and needs improvements .the app is fairly good
Used to love this app as it’s easy to use and the translation is close to accurate. However, they now load lots of ads where you have to wait for the ad to finish to be able to access the translation, most of the time ads load even before you can type in the word you want to translate.

This translating app helped me soooo much from the words in books that I came across , it really helped me to make a major progress!!!😻🥳
No way of cancel subscription until called customer services for refund and hope Apple can inspect the App again. Ridiculous

I have deleted the apps once I noticed that needs to charges but just discovered you have charge me for over 2 months service charges. It’s didn’t make sense and unbelievable. I don’t authorised this charges. Pls arrange refund.

While we don’t have access to users’ billing information or the ability to issue refunds directly, all subscriptions and payments are managed by Apple. Subscriptions can only be initiated after confirmation through your Apple ID, and they will renew automatically unless canceled beforehand.

The first thing that pops up every time I open the app is a prompt to start a subscription. The price is off the charts. Must be some next-level service, then. Wrong. When I closed that banner and tried to translate some text, click translate, NOTHING HAPPENS. NOTHING AT ALL. Total nonsense.
