Game keeps crashing

Good game but however I am playing on a more low end device and I keep crashing in during games, I’ve done just about everything: restarting device, updating hardware etc. But I still crash during games multiple times and I EVEN GET COOLDOWNS despite me trying to reconnect as soon as my phone lets me. Riot please allow the game to detect unintentional crashes So I don’t GET HOUR LONG BANS FOR something LITERALLY OUT OF MY CONTROL

Keeps appearing the loading circle

With my iPhone 15 pro and Samsung galaxy S23 ultra, even I reinstalled the game, the wild rift client always delays any button that I pressed. Whenever I press on any button, the loading circle appears and keeps loading for 5-10seconds. I ran the network test and the result is good, no matter on WiFi or data(5G). It is so bad that : when I press “play”, it loads 5-10 seconds to enter the lobby; when match up was done, when I press “ready”, it loads 5-10s to react; and it loads 5-10s to go into the room, and it’s ARAM, within the time given, I need to reroll to get champions I wanted and change the runes/summoner spells/skins, it usually keeps loading when I press one button and didn’t change anything after the loading; after the gameplay, it loads 5-10s to go in the page of end of game performance, and it loads 5-10s to like other players, sometimes it keeps loading several times to successfully like others. It is so frustrating that the client is so broken that it takes so long to load the actions. Please update and improve the app ASAP otherwise I would rather play Arena of Valor.

Punishing players for their own system / server problems

Due to your server problems, sometimes I had problems loading into the game and got stuck in the loading screen … and not until I restarted the game was I able to get in the game; but by that time my teammates already surrendered and I was punished for “being idle” ; the punishment for being idle in a ranked match isn’t mild; but I was punished because of your rubbish server problem? Seriously ? I sent a ticket to report this issue but they didn’t even make a gesture to compensate anything (I.E. restoring my previous rank after the punishment ) ; but instead they only told me they had repaired the system blah blah blah ; you don’t even know how to apologise and make up for your mistakes Jeez poor service with poor server ; don’t even think I will spend any more money in the game ; not worth it .
