I absolutely love Disney,I beg my mother to bring me there whenever they add a new place!So they added a Frozen area and I was excited,my mum said we could go,but when I enter the Disneyland app,I couldn’t see it on the map,There was no updates for me to use and also,Please add online shopping on the Disneyland app for people who don’t know how to use the Disney shops,since,it’s easier for access! Had a terrible experience at HK Disneyland Hotel. Availed their ‘room+ 1 day ticket package’ which includes 1 night accommodation and 2 general admission tickets and booked it for 2 nights which would mean 4 tickets in total. Thought this was perfect since we have our 2 kids with us, big mistake! Better to just get tickets at Klook cause HK Disney’s online offers are a rip-off. They insisted on giving us 2 tickets only for 2 ‘night +2 tickets package’! How ridiculous! Why would we pay a thousand more for just a room with no add ons? We could have gotten a better deal with just booking room only then. Or do a day to day check in and check out using the same package. And they really could not understand the logic. So frustrating! They shouldn’t give online offers like these if they’re just trying to dupe the public. The happiest place on earth gave us the worst experience! It was supposedly my husband’s bday trip, too. Ruined.The service isn’t as good as it used to be, either. We were all asked to leave the pool at 12-1pm for pest control. Okay, so there’s really no better time to do it but mid day when the kids are swimming and having fun. They said we can use the indoor pool for the meantime, only to go there and find out it’s under renovation. The pool resto/bar was under renovation, too. Overall, a very disappointing experience! We will not be coming back to this hotel anymore.

We are so thrilled to come to Disney when the magic is getting even more excited in the world of Xmas time! And my girl loves these days because it is so funny. I must say we have a lot of fun watching the parades, listening to the Xmas carol and indulge ourselves in shoppings! It is a bit cool but we feel the warmth when we are so close. I wish next time mommy also has holiday and join us.Wish you a merry Xmas too; )

I can’t hold the emotions of disappointment towards the Hong Kong Disneyland service. At first, I was so happy and excited for the visit of Disneyland. I hoped that I could have good experience in the Hong Kong Disneyland, but what happened next made me disappointed and mad. When I was at the entrance where I had to show the staff my tickets with my friend, the staff was having an impatient mood and purple in the face, talking to her staff friend bad things about us, saying that us tourists are annoying and think that I wouldn’t notice. After telling my friend about this, we were angry and the excited and happy mood was completely ruined. I will never come to the Hong Kong Disneyland again.
