Disappointed

I’ve been using this network for years. But I have been very disappointed with the internet signal in my new location. Only one bar is appearing and it’s very slow. So disappointed…

Poor WiFi service

I worked well with 3hk over mobile and made the mistake to switch to wifi and it’s been back and forth calls with the network provider for 2 months about internet speed and my frustration gets worse when they say you can’t end the contract even though your internet speed take 2 minutes to load a page.
How is it possible that I can’t end a contract which service am not receiving please elaborate?????

Poor UX, garbage application

Why do I have to see a popup 3rd ad in order to see my account?

The UI/UX design is as bad as can be, super messy and loads of annoying advertising instead of clear instructions on basic functions like base usage and account information, how did it even pass QA (or if there is any)

I am most likely to move to another mobile operator just because of this garbage support application.
