I love adobe
Love every single one of their products
Adobe = Scam
Adobe user for more than 10 years here… the world-class company we used to know is no longer. Tried one of the app for a day (they call it “free trial”) and cancelled next day. Surprise, surprise? Next month… boom! They tried to continue charging my card, which luckily requires manual approval of everything.
When you go to your account to see what’s going on, it wont let you cancel the subscription until you allow the pending charge or enter another credit card.
In order to solve, I let it charge me at least one time so I could terminate the “free trial”. Surprise surprise? Even after charging you for the trial, it still won’t let you cancel because it says there’s a payment problem (after successfully charging you!)
Support is criminal. Obnoxious and 100% condescending. Won’t let you cancel if you don’t answer questions or explain “why” you want to cancel.
Unbelievable. Will never ever again try any adobe product even if it’s free 💩💩💩
Not syn in different apps and always asks to pay more
The storage are not syn in different app, not access to own photo album and also hard to retrieve after making new works..always ask to upgrade or pay for premium even just make a watermark
iPad for illustrator was not included , sounds abut tricky
