Poor search function

One of the advantages of digital book is searchable content, readers can search the specific keyword and locate the page. However your search function is very poor, always loading until it hangs, if lucky enough to show finding, it can’t show the page after tapping on the search result, never success. When searched several times, the app would hang frequently, now it’s just better than nothing.

Way below standard

Put aside dated UI design, it’s horror to be used as an ebook reader. Using this for reading OverDrive epub download, first it take a long time to properly load up, before that it just showing blank page randomly. Once u though it’s load up and start reading, it flicker during page turn, and randomly show loading / blank page. How can an app released for 4 years by a known company be so bad!

iPad experience is awful

Even with iPad Pro M1 chip, the performance is unbearable. Magazine doesn’t load well. Even the whole publication downloaded, it does not display clearly and smoothly.
The app functionality is very poor. A lot more work to be done on the interface, overall performance and operation of the app.
