LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or data use, loss of business and/or loss of anticipated savings. AIA’s maximum liability for any damages arising out of the use of “AIA Employee Care” whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to the re-supply of the AIA Apps.

Worse mobile app I’ve used so far

I can’t help but to leave a bad review here as my company chose AIA as medical insurance provider so I have to stick with this garbage app.

The app keeps forgetting my login details (the Face ID keep malfunction) and I have to reset pw every time. The resetting process is simple but I have to verify my identity 2 times (sending OTP etc) every time I reset my pw. When I think I can finally do the claims the app crashes and unable to load the landing page. If I close the app and retry then I have to do verification again and the app crashes….

One word - totally garbage. Shame to AIA.

Ugly and Horrible

I very rarely leave app reviews but the user experience for this mobile app is just so horrible that I had to spend some time out of my busy schedule. The login process is so buggy. The input fields are so small and error-prone. And once u typed-in (presumably) wrong credentials, the same error message will keep popping up even if u press Cancel. Had to close the app to make it go away. In the end, I decided to delete this app and just use website instead. Would suggest to the developer to study UI and UX design, and totally redesign this app for goodness sake!

A comedy if it weren’t so tragic

Login with ID and PW that must be remembered (no Keychain or copy and paste allowed); identity verification needs OTP, is succesful (hooray!) but then “your login does not exist” (wait you just verified me?!) and “your password is incorrect” (it was correct a moment ago when you let me in?!). You get shown a menu you can never use. All I want is a list of doctors whom I could consult, but I think this app will give me a heart attack before I can seek help!
I suspect the funeral insurance purchasing function is the only one that works!
An absolute time and byte waster of an app.
