Poor app performance

I purchased air display 1, 2, and 3. I use Windows 7.

versions 1 and 2 lag and disconnect every 20 minutes or so.

I stopped using them after a few days as it is very frustrating to use. Today, I tried to use air display 2 and found it crashes on start up.

Both air display 1 and 2 are removed from the store, so I can't even write a review.

In hopes to use the app and write a review, I purchased air display 3. Only to find out from their website that it doesn't support Windows.

Now I am stuck with 3 versions that don't work.

If this can't be fixed. I would like a refund for all 3 (if this is possible).

Not good

Brought this to connect to MacBook retina. Buggy. Whilst I can get 2 screens . Nothing clicks on the iPad screen which makes the core functionality useless. Resolution slow. Can I get my money back?

Resolution too low and Air display sometime cannot communicate with display device

If the resolution can not adjusted automatically, and some time cannot communicate with the display devise

Hi. The resolution should be fine except when you do screen mirroring. When mirroring, macOS's WindowServer looks at the mirrored displays and decides an optimal resolution supported by both screens. If the displays have different aspect ratios, macOS will do letter boxing (horizontal black bars) or pillar boxing (vertical black bars) to compensate.

Long story short, if you are doing screen extension, you should get the iOS device's best resolution. If that's not what you're seeing, please contact us at support@avatron.com.
