Convenient
Easy to buy thru apps, however not easy to activate the card although there is an instruction. I need help from other people so I only started to use on the second day.
But the follow up step to remind me the data was low and the top up procedure were efficient.

Handy when traveling
Sailing The Med for the next year, and although I have 20GB of data with T-Mobile a month, it appears they charge more data than expected and you can run through that pretty quick. So I found Airalo quite convenient, and I have 3 months in which to use the 50GB of data I bought. It’s been a lifesaver. Sometimes slow, but I don’t live on the internet, so it’s totally great to just be able to stream Netflix from time to time as a treat. Also great for less data heavy apps as whatsapp or Insta. Hey, it’s just a superb extra option when you are trying to save money on data alone.

Second time I try to use it and doesn’t work
I tried using it in Hong Kong and Malaysia and in both places it didn’t want to activate after following all the instructions. When you rely in a service to communicate and then you are stuck without being able to do anything because it doesn’t work is very frustrating… in HK it took me long time to get my money back… the customer service is very slow. The chat only solves basic issues and if you need something more complex it has to be by email which when you are having internet problems is the worse way to communicate …, using WhatsApp for those cases would be more helpful…
