Limited function. Not bad start
Put more function in!
Highly avoid this virtual bank
I use several virtual banks in Hong Kong. Airstar bank is the worse among all. I use Airstar to do 3-4 transactions and my account got suspended for 2 months. I called the call centre and they said they don’t know the reason and don’t know when will Airstar unblock my account. The point is I still have some money inside. I can’t transfer it out. Trust me I don’t feel secure with this Airstar bank. Don’t put money inside this bank you money will be lock in the account like I did.
Strongly do not recommend
I’ve account at almost every virtual banks and a few with classical banks. But this bank rejected. First time I had this kind of bad experience. I don’t know why they did not approve account opening, they refused to tell me. I’m PR in HK and I’ve A+ credit note. System only asks HKID and selfie photo and standard information. So I don’t know on what basis they rejected me. My guess is; May be they do not like people with beard or they discriminate on Muslim names…
