Hope there is a negative rating available

It never be able to pair with hb1 even the device has been connected to iPhone, and every time it jumps to bt mode automatically after it is switched on even I wanted to use wired mode, and I have to turn off bt myself to use wired mode, sound is great but the app and user experience is totally disaster, the app is not up to standard at all
