Alloy Self-Service app provides mobile access to Alloy Navigator™ ITSM self-service portal. Search for ready-to-use solutions, track your tickets, and report issues from your mobile phone or tablet.

With Alloy Self-Service, you can:
- Search the knowledge base to quickly find answers to your questions
- Report technical issues and track their status
- Request services using the Service Catalog
- Reserve equipment, devices, and facilities for temporary use
- Receive announcements about upcoming changes and important events
- Stay informed about requests pending your approval and communicate your decision on the go
