This app is free and can be used even if you've run out of data, but download charges do apply for downloading from the App Store. When using the app overseas international roaming charges will also apply.

The Prepaid kit is not the actual amount
I purchased a $12 prepaid card from BP. When I tried activating, it asked me to choose a prepaid plan so when I contacted support, they said that the simcard only has $2 in it where it clearly says $12 on the label.
I had to send them email proof of receipt and the actual prepaid kit I bought and asked me to buy another $12 prepaid plan from the website and that they will refund me the previous payment made. They linked my existing simcard to this new plan.
The whole deal lasted for 3 hours and I missed my appointments since i need to stay at the hotel and talk to their support team. It ruined my first day plans and i was only in Melbourne for 4 days. I’ve never experienced that trouble with any other networks and activating a sim card only takes couple of minutes.
