Keyboard Out of Controls

This app is very handy and nice except that I often encounter problem with my keyboard. I’m using iPad Pro with external keyboard from Apple. When I connect with my workspace, I often find my keyboard sending repeat keystroke to the remote computer. For instance, I’m using VSCode to do some coding. I gently type a character or use the up/down arrow from my keyboard. It keeps sending the last keystroke to the remote computer, non-stop. I can only quite the app and try again but it only works resolved one or two times. Please help.
