Unable to search top problems
I was searching for too known problems about a particular product and it doesn’t seem to work that way. I was hoping the product can search through Apple
Knowledge base articles or discussion from support. Unfortunately that’s not what the tool is for. It’s for submission of an Apple support question and all you will see is your case. Any other searches will show you cheesy support articles on how to use abc 123 feature in simple hand holding terms.
Version 1.2.1 bugs
My iPhone 5c is already running iOS 10.3.3.
But I can't update to the newest version of the app (1.2 > 1.2.1)
It keep asking my iPhone to update iOS 10.3.3 before update this app.
I am a simplified Chinese IOS user but I lived in Hong Kong. I found the Apple support app could only let me choose mainland China or Singapore for my support service, and if I want to have service in Hongkong I have to change my IOS language to traditional Chinese. Why don’t you change the mechanism to App Store app so that the location of service could be decided by my Apple ID location?
