Version 1.2.1 bugs

My iPhone 5c is already running iOS 10.3.3.
But I can't update to the newest version of the app (1.2 > 1.2.1)
It keep asking my iPhone to update iOS 10.3.3 before update this app.

Apple denied access for no reason

That was my problem for 3 humours could not get into my phone, although support did give me some advice that may help, Apple doesn’t know why it happened, it came back on after the alarm went off. I hope it doesn’t happen again

Support location

I am a simplified Chinese IOS user but I lived in Hong Kong. I found the Apple support app could only let me choose mainland China or Singapore for my support service, and if I want to have service in Hongkong I have to change my IOS language to traditional Chinese. Why don’t you change the mechanism to App Store app so that the location of service could be decided by my Apple ID location?
