The app does not work on iPad Pro 2020 and Apple Pencil 2

As a subscriber, I’ve been very happy with this brilliant app. But when I upgraded to iPad Pro 2020 and Apple Pencil 2, the whole thing turned into a total disaster, coz the touch of the Apple Pencil does not align to my coloring, i.e., the coloring happens about one inch away from the tip of the Apple Pencil

Would appreciate if the issue can be fixed asap

Hello! We're sorry about the issues you are facing. Actually, this issue may be connected to the screen settings of you iPad. Please do the following:

- go to the Display and Brightness option. Select Display Zoom, then set it to Standard.

If the problem is still there, please contact us at april@crimsonpine.com and send us your User ID information and possibly a video capture of how the problem looks on your end (a video showing you coloring with the Pencil on the screen). Thank you in advance!

Black screen after playing ads

Black screen after playing ads, cannot do the coloring.

Hello! Sorry about that. We are trying to figure out what seems to be the problem causing it. There will be a small update to the ads system this week and we hope it will help a bit.

Edge is cut when you save the image

It will be better if I could save the original size of the picture instead of a "cut" version - a standard square size.

The original "rectangle" size is great but the cut version destroy the beauty and balance of the image. Please amend the setting..
