Purchasing a ticket
The app is not very easy to use. I have been trying more than 5 times in the last 3 days before I could successfully make a purchase. The page was also not very easy to get around.
Crash when trying to upload documents
Every time I try to upload documents for claiming missing mileages for non-Asiana flights and the app would force close.
Worst app programming
Keeps resetting entire booking enquiry for any credit card related issues at the end of the booking process instead of resuming from payment stage. Also app doesnt release seats for the chosen flight after resetting to the beginning of booking process multiple times. Doesnt accept amex and resets to beginning as well
