Loyal customer over here
Their mobile app makes ordering from them even more convenient and simple. ALWAYS happy with my orders! Honestly see complaints on social media from other people with problems, but I have not had a single issue with ASOS and have ordered from them numerous times. I’ve also refunded items smoothly- but not because of technical errors; I ordered several dresses as options for an event and picked one out of the selection.
The most impressive delivery was by far the most recent one. ASOS states they usually take around 2 weeks to reach Hong Kong, which is pretty accurate and usually under the given time frame. But I ordered two pairs of shoes recently and received them 5 days later and with NO problems!! That’s honestly insane for online shopping. ASOS gives the be-all-end-all online shopping experience for me ((:
poor customer service and delivery
I have bought the clothes and it said will arrive on 7/9. but i still can’t receive on 8/9 so i live chat with the customer service and they tell me need to wait till 13/9. First, my parcel is using express delivery but need to wait one more week. Secondly, i have track the parcel it said it already arrive hong kong but i need to wait for one more week. Lastly, i just want to say the customer service is really poor. Because as i will leave hone kong next day so i can’t wait for the parcel and so i ask them can they contact with the shipping company for faster delivery . they said they can’t do that and said delay is out of their control and ask me to wait for 1 week. I just think they are very irresponsible and they even not trying to help me to solve the problem. Actually, if they tried and the parcel still cant arrive, i will still very pleased for their help. But they hav’t do that and lastly i havt finish the conversation and they ask me to close the live chat! This customer service is the worst service i have received! And i will never buy from this site again!
Great user experience and less bogus items
Love using asos than any other women shopping apps. It has minimalistic UI and most of the products are well represented to its originality. No thousands of unnecessary promo display. Hope it continues to always have quality over quantity items. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
