Expensive if you want to use VPN cross platform
So far the app seems to work ok, but this is an expensive solution if you want to use a VPN on your iPhone and Mac (or other device). The subscription only covers your iPhone, unlike other VPN services which allow at least one connection (some allow multiple connections) per account on any device.
If you only want a VPN for your phone, this is okay. Otherwise look elsewhere or you will end up paying extra for no reason.
Alway disconnected during I locked the screen
I have tried on 2 iOS devices: iPhone Xs (iOS version 13.5.1) and iPhone 6 (iOS version 12.4.7), both are connected to the wifi at my home.
Both devices also connected to the AVG VPN, after using the devices, I lock the screen, after around 5-10 mins, when I start to use the devices again, the AVG VPN is disconnected, I tried many many times, the result is the same every time, the VPN disconnected.
And I also tried to use LTE (4G), but the problem still persists.

not working
I used avg vpn several times to watch a movie in ARD but I always received the message that I am located in a foreign country and that the legal rights do not allow me to watch the movie
