Couldn’t Register
Told me my Hong Kong mobile number was not a valid number so couldn’t finish registration! Why have the option to select Hong Kong as a country if you can’t register properly? I also couldn’t just input my membership number. Annoying.
Always network error.
Rented a car in Italy from Hong Kong and impossible to access the app, always network error even if on wifi.
