Please advise how to restore the purchase songs from Andriod to iPhone, they are loss, thanks!
Lost purchased songs and stories
I paid the songs and stories for years when this app firstly launched a few years ago. Recently got a new iPad sadly when I wanted to restore everything it said no purchase history. I can’t restore the items and it even clear all purchased songs in my iPhone. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
Paid but cannot download the songs
Always return an error “unable to get proper network connection, please check your network status, then try again”.
But actually my network is no any problems and everyone can see I able to sent this comment out.
What is the network problem then？！
