With this app you will know the recommended amount of water you should drink according to your weight, physical activity and the weather. By logging your water intake, you can tell if you're drinking enough water to stay hydrated. Your weight and exercise minutes are automatically updated from Apple Health to give you a more accurate goal. With notifications you can be reminded when to drink and how much. Smart Reminders use Apple Health sleep analytics to let you know when your day starts and ends.
