Not able to show earphones on bluetooth list

I used this app for about half a year and I have encountered this issue quite often:
When I try to connect the earphones to my phone, I can’t see the earphones on the bluetooth list. But when I open the app, it is able to connect with my earphones but I can’t select the earphones from music player. So it ended up that I am still not able to use my earphones(E8).

H5 app problem

The h5 is not remembering the tone touch settings. This problem is lasting for ard 2 yrs. Still, nothing is fixed. I need to get back to the app every time I reboot my h5.

B&O is treating old client rubbish and does not care about the customers. After thousand times of update, this issue is not fixed yet

If you are going to make a purchase on H5, please dun do it. I recommend you to use other brands.

The timeline is already told that you need more than a year to fix an annoying issue.
This issue is affecting all current users of H5 at least a year. Many users also complaint about it. And nothing is fixed until nearly the end of the product life.

I am not quite sure about that is the issue of the app or H5 before but I can tell from your reply that B&O seems to recognise the issue is about the H5. Are you trying to force your loyal customers upgrading the model from H5 to E6?

If this can be happened to H5, why not for other product line? Maybe the next step is to add a forget feature to E6 and make some of us upgrade to a newer model.

You had better fixed the H5 issue by the end of Sep 2019. This is the smartest move of bridging customer relationship. Thank you

Hi there,
We sincerely apologize for the confusion. Currently there is an issue affecting customer ToneTouch settings in the app for certain customers.
We understand that this is different than the issue with H5 not being able to save ToneTouch settings between uses and apologize that there was a mix up.
While we currently don't have a time line available for when a fix might be available for this on H5, customer feedback was an essential part of helping us ensure that this issue did not affect H5's next model E6. We hope this clears up the confusion.

H5 cannot save ToneTouch settings on the device between uses since launch, well before E6 was planned, and was not designed to do so. Our team has forwarded feedback about this to our developer team. While we do not have any information about whether this will be possible on the hardware of H5, we wanted to assure you that we do care about customer feedback which is why we were sure to include that feature on the next model. We also apologize if the wording of "fix" was confusing as this is not an error but rather something that the unit was not designed to do.

Not easy to connect

Always can’t connect the iPhone.
10 times trying, 2-3 times success.
And once your connect, when you control the volume, the listening mode will goes back to signature. Totally a disaster of using this app.
I’m using iPhone XS MAX with lastest iOS, including your app.
