Orders not fulfilled
Mostly not bad but slow, however It’s very disappointing to see money taken for orders that are listed as stock but then cancelled and new orders are still not fulfilled and there is no response to email queries, this is not what I expected from Bangood . if it’s an Xmas backlog problem then just advise so we know what’s going on

The free delivery without tracking is a bit Hokies
To not be able to track is just a ploy to get u to pay more to track but the reality is u cud do this with no additional cost and it gives buyers peace of mind. Yeh, free shipping will take longer, ok but u shud still be able to track it. Also u shud try to ship in more professional packing. Branded boxes or bags wud help ur brand instead of ugly grey plastic envelope packaged poorly. Yr missing a branding opportunity. Finally u shud insist suppliers provide clear and concise instructions instead of having buyers guess. Hope this constructive criticism helps.
Good quality with improving delivery time
Hong Kong people always buy gadgets through other Chinese web buying platforms as we have no problem on reading Chinese and get the optimal prices. I like Banggood because the goods selected are always good quality and will follow up if problems found. If the delivery time to HK is faster, I will shop more frequently.
