Game is Excellent but the server is bad

The game is excellent for me, I can play it whole day. But it extremely easy to have connection problem, even you linked to WIFI, or at best connection area, and I find out when there are too much data happening in a game, it causes you easier disconnect suddenly. No matter how many updates we have done, this problem didnt fix. Maybe just my problem. LOL

Hi, miumiuoly! Thank you for sharing your feedback! Our game is quite demanding on the quality of the connection. Real physics, movable objects and other amazing features of our game load from our servers. Having a good connection means a lot. It might be that your wifi operator is not stable, so it is better to use mobile data. I apologise for the temporary inconvenience.

Nice game but a lot of abusive nicknames

Game design itself is not bad, nice tactics indeed.

Just one thing, do you ever bother to regulate the Chinese players? no matter which game I switch there’re always the group of Chinese gamers who frequently use offensive language or discriminative nicknames, I’m not sure if the game developer reads Chinese characters, but if they don’t that’s quite a pity and toxic part of game, I’m almost witnessing abusive nicknames like “Taiwanese should die” or “My opponents are rubbish” type of nicknames every 1 in 5 matches, quite frequent and makes me wonder if the developer did anything on this, they have a report button indeed, but does it stops there? cause what I see doesn’t really suggest that preventive measures or rectifications have taken place

Serious connection issue

The idea of the game is good but the server connection is very poor. I understand it’s designed to make things realistic by introducing physics and movable objects, but that’s not an excuse for the connection issue. That’s not my Wi-Fi’s problem btw. If the server connection is of such poor quality, basically this means poor gameplay experience and it also means the game is not ready for playing. Other games like Call of Duty Mobile and PUBG do not have such a serious problem. Instead of spending money on ads and promotion, why not spend it on improving the quality of the game?
