Never been able to login
It’s always been most painful using the BEA cyberbanking via internet, just cannot image it sets another difficulty level for its mobile app.
Totally hopeless. I don’t understand why BEA IT team doesn’t test the interface or simply compare it to all other mobile banking apps in the market.
It’s the only app(including the internet banking service IU) that I would not be able to use without spending hours of inputting different info and setting-up.
The app just simply fails, never been able to use.
It’s 2024, please upgrade and simplify your online/app IU.
Worse banking app ever
Seriously it’s so complicated to login and requires so much info and so inconvenient. And after entering all the details it failed to login. Never been able to login once ever. Worst app and the bank really don’t care.
Why cant i rate it zero
It has been designed to make it as difficult for one to use this app as possible. Don’t waste your time downloading it.
