Vehicles don't work, you can't provide any solutions, and you even get in the way of feedback
The vehicle’s can’t be ridden and the customer service can’t be contacted. I had to use the chat function but you can’t send messages as the questions are designed. So you can only fill out the questionnaire, which can only be seen after you ‘chat’ many times. And when you submit it, there will be many times when you fail to submit.
Vehicles don't work, you can't provide any solutions, and you even get in the way of feedback, what else can you do? Hope you go out of business soon.

Customer service is terrible
The scooters themselves are nice and fun, but customer service is terrible. They overcharged me and I contacted them twice, they gave me some bs answer and kept my money. Honestly, there are other companies that provide the same type of scooters, so I’d recommend trying some of the others out.
